Cancellation Policy
All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online using the link in your confirmation email. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the booked services. That said, we understand that life happens—depending on the situation, we may waive the fee or offer store credit for future use.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount to the card on file.
If your card declines, your account balance must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
